Glenbard South School Counseling
Incoming Freshmen and Transfer Student Pre-Registration
Families of incoming freshmen and transfer students who do not attend a Glenbard feeder school must complete the pre-registration process before course selection can begin. This process ensures we have the necessary documentation to enroll your student and prepare for their transition to Glenbard South High School.
Please follow the Pre-Registration Steps for detailed instructions. After pre-registration is approved, families will receive the information needed to begin the official course registration process.
Schedule Change Requests
Student schedules will be available in PowerSchool on July 1. At that time, this Google Form will open for students who wish to request a schedule change. Requests will be reviewed in the order they are received and honored only if space is available in the requested course. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a change will be made.
Please note that counselors work limited hours during the summer, so responses may take time. In addition, course periods and schedules may continue to shift as adjustments are made. Student schedules are not considered final until the week before school begins.
