Juniors - Diagnostic ACT Testing 10/28, No School for Grades 9, 10, 12

Tuesday, October 28th will be the Diagnostic ACT test for all juniors. Freshmen, Sophomores, and Seniors will not attend school on Tuesday, 10/28.
Regular bus routes will run in the morning. Buses will depart Glenbard South for home at approximately 11:40AM and 1:00PM.

Juniors, please check your Glenbard email for your testing room assignment.  Information for Juniors is posted below:

  • On October 28th, you will take a Diagnostic ACT Progress Learning Assessment. 
  • Arrive with your iPad fully charged and a photo ID!
  • Calculators are accessible in the digital test format, but you can bring your own approved calculator, if you wish.
  • Locate your assigned testing room! Room assignments will be sent to you via email 24 hours before the test.
  • Get good sleep and eat a healthy breakfast.
  • Arrive ON TIME. 
  • The Diagnostic ACT on Progress Learning mimics the actual ACT, allowing you to experience the ACT test in regard to style, format, questions etc.
  • Results will be available no later than November 10th. The results of the test will inform the Progress Learning platform and create an individual learning plan for each student as you prepare for the ACT in the spring.
